I ran over a nasty screw with my 87 F150–my tire was leaking air and i called in on a Friday 2 hours before closing to get it patched and they were willing to fit me in. Everyone working there was incredibly nice and personable, the guy at the counter explained the patch process and gave me an approximate wait time, and i was able to sit in the waiting area while they worked (~45min for 45$ to patch hole in the treads). I will always prefer to support a family-owned business—I really appreciate them taking care with my old truck too.

My son was traveling from SC to TX when his truck gradually lost power. His fuel tank had failed. Big 10 Tire Pros was able to get him back on the road at a fair price, and we are so grateful! All car maintenance shops should operate with their level of integrity!!

Excellent service received here. I scheduled an appointment online and they immediately started working on my vehicle upon arrival. The service advisor(his name escapes me) talked me through every step and every suggested service and made great recommendations. I feel confident that the work was done correctly and I do not FEEL taken advantage of as I so often do with other shops. I will definitely return for any future needs!

Call from home and was told to come on in for my free tire rotation. As was told; got in and by the time I walked a block and came back, they were finished. Always fantastic customer service. Monica remembered me and I was greeted with a big smile. New guy David was the one that told me I could bring my car and I would be out quickly. Great job to entire staff😁.
